TSD is the Estonian monthly income and social tax return. Its full name is Tulu- ja sotsiaalmaksu, kohustusliku kogumispensioni makse ja töötuskindlustusmakse deklaratsioon (TSD regulation § 1). A company files it with the Tax and Customs Board (EMTA) for each month in which it paid salaries, board member fees, dividends or other taxable amounts. It declares the tax withheld from people and the tax the company pays itself.
